I like it, but I don't want the pictures linking to an advertiser. Picture should just be embedded in the page.

I've updated it again, now if you attach more then photo's to an email they are given a gallery link under the menu. Email Subject will be the gallery name!!

The flag link needs more explanation, and now it is just an image. people like to click on images. I think that will make many really cool images go away that don't need to be gone. Can you put the flag image link somewhere else, and maybe write something explaining that will make the picture go away until it is reviewed?
some thumnails don't work. they are all jpg though

I'm going to change the images and move the toolbar to below the image. The voting icons will be thumbs up/ thumbs down and the flag will be like and X.

You need to write a sentence on the page explaining that people need to send the picture to pic@txtfoto.com then the picture will automatically go on the page. Just putting the email there won't get new pictures on the photo board.

You could also put a privacy statement on it. Saying you won't share their email and won't send people spam. I know you won't do that, but it will make people more comfortable with it.
I have updated the site. I added a sentence above the menu telling them how to upload. These instructions will go away after a few min of being on the site. I also fixed the tool bar and removed the embed link and I added the privacy statement at the bottom of the page.

I added the resize feature so all images will be sized to the three common sizes. Links to all sizes are above the image and the 800 or smaller will be the default. Also, I added a watermark on the bottom right corner of all the resized images.
